TEMPLE Tavern has opened its doors in the old Reiss Liverpool Store.
Blending Irish character with local energy, Temple Tavern promises a celebration of community, music, and great craic.
The drinks menu boasts a selection of over 30 Irish whiskeys, plus rotating special offers.
Shannon Gaynor, operations manager said: “We’re excited to bring this new Irish venue to Mathew Street. Temple Tavern is an intimate yet lively pub with lots packed into it, from the detail that’s gone into the interiors to the traditional Irish music. We have rolled back pricing to what you expect from a local pub so we’re going to be pretty unique compared to most city centre venues as well. The launch weekend was a huge success and we look forward to a busy summer in the city.”
This is the latest venue to open from local independent Pub Invest Group, who operate over 40 sites across the city centre of Liverpool from Level and Erics to the Old Bank and the Rubber Soul Complex.
A total of 30 new part-time and full time jobs have been created at the new site, which is split over two floors and also features outdoor seating.
