SEFTON PARK HOTEL has announced the impending launch of its newly refurbished dining destination, Sefton Park Bistro and Bar.
The update marks the next phase of a £250,000 investment by The Sefton Collection into the historic Victorian property, which will open its doors on 15th May.
The new bistro and bar introduces a contemporary gastro-style menu, combining classic British favourites with modern bistro dishes. Its opening is part of a programme of extensive phased upgrades across the hotel, including a full redesign of all 16 guest bedrooms and enhancements to its leisure and event facilities. A new draped marquee has also been added, providing space for up to 200 guests.
Open to both residents and non-residents, the bistro will operate Wednesday to Sunday, with opening hours from 12pm–9:pm on Wednesday-Saturday, and 12pm–8pm on Sundays. Closed Monday and Tuesday. The Sefton Park bar is open seven days a week for residents and non-residents.
The venue also boasts an outside terrace with seating for 100 guests.
Megan Hanson, General Manager, said: “Sefton Park Hotel has a unique heritage, once home to Beatle Stuart Sutcliffe, and its setting opposite the park makes it a special place to spend time. With the launch of our new Sefton Park Bistro and Bar, we’re bringing a relaxed, high-quality dining experience that combines home-cooked favourites with a stylish, welcoming atmosphere.”
