Baltic Market unveils new trader

BALTIC Market has announced its newest trader, Liverpool’s Nashville Cluck.

Renowned for being one of the highest rated burger spots in the UK, Nashville Cluck was recently shortlisted for UberEats’ Restaurant of the Year Award and has overtaken chains including McDonald’s, KFC, Popeyes and Five Guys to become the most ordered on UberEats.

From Wednesday 1st May, they will join the plethora of kitchens at the market including Hafla Hafla, Little Furnace, Spice Thai, Richie’s, La Bistroteca, Polpetta, Midnight Delivery and Press Bros.

Nashville Cluck opened on Myrtle Street in October 2022 with the hopes of creating the perfect Nashville chicken burger.

Going from selling 500 burgers a week, Nashville Cluck now sells more burgers than McDonald’s in Liverpool thanks to its Nashville Cluck Burger.

Using locally sourced fresh chicken breast, the team behind Nashville Cluck uses ingredients it has flown in from the USA to ensure its burger’s authenticity including its Nashville buttermilk.

Oliver Press, co-founder of Baltic Market, said: “Baltic Market has always been a breeding ground for talent amongst our city’s hospitality scene. It’s bursting with amazing concepts but we were missing one thing… Fried chicken! Nashville Cluck is the perfect example of a start-up that has poured its heart and soul into creating the very best dishes for its guests and we can’t wait to welcome the team to the market from Wednesday 1st May.”

The owners of Nashville Cluck said: “Baltic Market is every food vendor’s dream to be part of; it’s iconic and part of Liverpool’s history now. When the team at Baltic Market approached us, we seized the opportunity and can’t wait to show everyone what The Nashville Cluck is all about! Our unique selling point is our fresh ingredients; we’ve never used frozen chicken, and it’s always the most authentic Nashville buttermilk, American cheese and big brioche buns. Come and get yours from 1st May!”
