Everton Way is to be extended, allowing more fans to cement their place at the club’s new stadium.
Global demand for the engraved granite stones on the paved walkway – which will form a major feature at the site of the stunning new waterfront stadium – had meant that only limited availability remained.
However, a re-assessment of the available footprint of the unique walkway, which runs the entire length of the exterior of the single-tier South Stand, now allows for a limited number of additional personalised stones to be made available.
Everton Way, which celebrates Everton’s identity, achievements and the greatest players to have represented the club, features thousands of personalised stones celebrating births, marriages, anniversaries and loved ones.
In addition to having a stone at Everton Stadium – and ahead of installation – supporters will also have the chance to purchase a replica stone.
