Liverpool ONE to debut new bar & restaurant concept

GROSVENOR Europe has announced the signing of a new locally based dining concept, Boujee Restaurant & Bar, at Liverpool ONE. It will be the brand’s first-ever site and is vowing to become the city’s ‘most Instagrammable’ bar and restaurant.

The Boujee flagship is scheduled to launch early in December at Liverpool ONE’s Kenyon Steps.

Spanning a 9,600 sq ft unit set across two floors, Boujee will evolve from a family-friendly environment during the day to a experiential atmosphere in the evening, serving a range of sharing plates, sushi, signature cocktails, champagne and signature drinks

This debut concept will offer numerous Instagram-friendly photo opportunities for Boujee’s patrons, including a convertible pink car, giant candy area, as well as themed ‘pool party’ and ‘Alice in Boujeeland’ spaces.

Ahead of its launch at Liverpool ONE, Boujee has already garnered high profile support, securing investment from entrepreneur, model, and reality television personality Lystra Adams.
