Fiona Gibson announced as Interim CEO of Everyman & Playhouse

LIVERPOOL Everyman and Playhouse has announced the appointment of Fiona Gibson as Interim CEO, who will join the award-winning theatres from 5 November.

Fiona brings a wealth of experience both in theatre and consulting.  Most recently she has supported the planning of the £11.6m capital programme at the Octagon Theatre, Bolton and led the organisation redesign and business resilience programme.  

Previously Fiona led the Northern operations of the global management consulting company, Accenture, along with their global client division for Hospitality, Retail, Life Sciences and Infrastructure. She was also Prince Charles’ ambassador for socially responsible business in the North West.

Fiona is passionate about the impact culture can bring to a highly diverse community and local economy, and is looking forward to joining the Everyman and Playhouse: “I am so thrilled to be joining the team at the Everyman and Playhouse at such an exciting time in the theatres’ continued evolution.  They are both such iconic venues, and I look forward to being part of the cultural heritage of the city.”
