THE BBC’s Mark Chapman will be the host of Everton’s prestigious annual End of Season Awards ‘The Dixies’.The lifelong sports fan is best known for anchoring BBC’s Match of the Day 2, presenting BBC Radio Five Live’s ‘5 Live Sport’ show as well as working on the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.The inaugural ‘Dixies’ will take place on Tuesday 9 May at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and is part of a revamp of the awards which is set to be bigger, better and more inclusive than ever before with over 1,300 Evertonians having a chance to enjoy the ceremony.Fans will be joined on the evening by a host of Blues legends – as well as Ronald Koeman and the entire Everton first-team squad. Not only are there 10 prestigious ‘Dixies’ to be awarded on the night, there will also be special guests, interviews with first-team stars, live music and video clips.
