Fazenda Raises Funds For Claire House Children’s Hospice

THIS June city-centre restaurant Fazenda added an optional £1 on to every guest’s bill which was donated to Claire House Children’s Hospice on the Wirral. The entire Fazenda team visited Claire House and learnt more about the great cause that the restaurant was backing, which allowed them to brief customers, telling them how their donation would help. Renowned across Merseyside for its fantastic efforts with local children and communities, Claire House provides support for terminally ill children and their families at the toughest of times, ensuring that their journey is full of warm and happy memories. Located in Exchange Flags, the traditional Brazilian restaurant saw over 6000 diners in the past month which led to them raising a huge £1421.00. Tomas Maunier, Director at Fazenda Bar & Grill, commented: “The work that Claire House Children’s Hospice carries out across the city is outstanding, we’re thrilled to be able to support them through this partnership and help them make more of an impact for the people who need it.” Dan Halliday, Area Fundraiser from Claire House, said: “For Claire House Children’s Hospice, having the support from Fazenda means the world to local children and their families. Not only have they raised an incredible amount of money, but they’ve also helped to make more people in Liverpool aware of the fantastic care and support we provide. “We’d like to thank all of the staff and customers of Fazenda who have supported us with the ‘£1 on the Bill’ campaign, meaning we can help more families who need us most, wherever and whenever they need it.” www.fazenda.co.uk/liverpool/
